Yes, renter’s insurance is required per lease.

Rent is due on the first of every month; however, we accept rent until the third with no fees.

You may pay rent through the online resident portal listed on the website or in person with a money order or cashier’s check.

No, there are no utilities included in the rent.

You are responsible for water/sewer, pest control, trash, billing fee, electricity, cable and internet.

You are free to select the cable and internet provider of your choice.

You may submit a work order through the resident portal listed on the website or by contacting the Leasing Office.

The Leasing Office can provide you with a copy of your lease agreement.

Yes, our apartment homes have a washer/dryer, with the exception of A3R and A3SR units.

No, there are no single-occupancy rooms available.

You can add a roommate during the application process.

Parking is first come, first served, and registration is free. One space is included per leaseholder. Residents must register their vehicles and visitor vehicles, or they may be towed at the owner’s expense.

You may contact the Leasing Office or open a maintenance work order on the resident portal listed on the website.

Yes, our community is pet friendly.

The pet policy limits you to two qualified animals per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Pet owners must pick up after their pets, if not, a $250 fine will be charged per violation.

Aggressive breeds are not allowed, including but not limited to: Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Siberian Husky, Akita, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Alaskan Malamute and Wolf Hybrid.

No, subletting is not permitted.

Yes, financial aid can be used to pay the rent.

Everyone that will be living in the apartment over the age of 18 will need to be added to the lease.

Yes, visitors are allowed for up to 14 days within a 30-day period. Visitor vehicles must be registered and follow the same parking rules as residents.

Visitors can use the amenities only with the leaseholder.

If you lose your key during office hours, we can replace it for $25. After hours, you will need to call a locksmith to access your apartment.
